Damage Waiver

Optional $15 extra to protect against any stains or damage, even if the garment is completely destroyed. This guarantees that you will not be charged any additional costs for dry cleaning, repairs, or dress replacement costs. *The normal renting terms and conditions apply in all other areas, and we ask that you treat the garment as if it were your own. The damage waiver does not cover late return fees or failure to return the garment completely; it only covers garment damage (stains, rips, pilling, etc.). The $15 damage waiver is non-refundable unless your order is cancelled, in which case you will receive a store credit that includes the damage waiver. If you rent more than one garment, the damage waiver only covers one of them.

Shipping & Returns

Your rental will usually arrive one to four days before your event. It will be posted no later than two days before your event, giving you plenty of time for the parcel to arrive via overnight courier. Once the garment has been posted, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Your rental will need to be returned the following working day unless arranged prior (in the bag provided). Pickup and drop-off options are available to meet any needs; select your preference at checkout. View the full terms and conditions here.

Try on's

We offer both in person (North Dunedin currently) and postal try ons. Please see here for everything you need to know about both of these services.

Garment care

Don't wash or alter the garment. Please treat each rental like it's your own. Avoid crossbody handbags and jewellery that can catch on clothing whenever possible. Please be wary of makeup and perfume. If you are particularly concerned, please see more information about our damage waiver, which is available for an additional $15 here.
